☀️ EXTREME WEATHER DISPATCH UPDATE ☀️
Hi everyone,
With temperatures continuing to rise across the UK, we've taken the decision to temporarily pause all frozen order dispatches for the remainder of this week.
As a frozen food business, our priority is always to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. Unfortunately, the temperatures forecast over the next few days create significant challenges for frozen deliveries, and we'd much rather hold your order safely in our walk-in freezers than risk it arriving partially or fully defrosted.
Dispatches will resume from Monday and all held orders will be prioritised in the order they were received.
Please bear with us while both ourselves and the couriers work through what we expect will be a higher-than-normal volume of orders next week. We'll be doing everything we can to get orders on the road as quickly as possible.
You can continue to place orders online as normal. Once your order has been collected by DPD or FedEx, you'll receive your usual tracking updates directly from the courier by email and/or text message.
Click & Collect orders can also continue to be placed online as normal, and we'll contact you when your order is ready for collection.
