I recently read an interesting article on perimenopause and menopause.

I liked the authors view that 'menopause is a window of opportunity... In Japan, menopause is often referred to as a 'second spring' ... a helpful reframe. It's a point where you can take stock and make decisions about the direction of your health for the next few decades.

Supplements do exactly what they say on the tin; they supplement. They're not a miracle, and they shouldn't be used to paper over poor diet or lifestyle choices, but the right product, for the right person, at the right time? That can make a very real difference.'

Okay so I'm at little bit early ... I just wanted to share that World Refill Day takes place next month on 16th June, reminding us of the small, practical steps that help reduce packaging waste.

At Bio-D and Faith in Nature refills are key. Alongside their 2.5L, 5L and 20L refills they have Closed Loop Systems allowing certain empty containers to be returned where they are rinsed, washed, steamed, dried and quality checked before being reused.

In the run up to World Refill Day we are offering some at half price. Pictured are some options. Come in to see the other ones on offer out of our approx 40 different refill options.
