Stressed after a challenging week/ month/ year/ decade? 😥

Mother’s Day yesterday… just checking in with how everyone is doing… ? 💖🙌💖

Greetings from my home based healing room in Morecambe, Lancs …where I know that getting through “ Mother’s Day” can be very challenging for many …a day on the calendar where it’s “meant to be” all about sweetness, light, love, flowers, chocolate and maybe a glass of a favourite drink…💐

and equally this date can be a reminder of the loss of a child, the loss of your Mum, the reminder of the difficult relationship with Mum, the abandonment wound of being adopted, of being rejected or of not being kept safe….🦋🙌💛

For some it’s a reminder of the children they never conceived… or still want to conceive… the pain of fertility issues …⭐️🙏💛

Happy International Women’s Day! 💖💐💖

Sending love to all women throughout the world…all over the planet! 🌎

Throughout my working life, I have aimed to support, nurture, cherish women…. 🌹

First as an NHS Health Visitor, mainly supporting & visiting new Mums & their babies ….

Then for 20 years as a Registered Childminder, enabling women to safely & confidently return to work in the knowledge that their young children were having fun playing & learning in my nurturing home care environment …. 🏡

And now …I LOVE to support women to make time for themselves by offering healing, nurturing, supportive therapies for body, mind & spirit. 💖🙌🌹
