Caffeine, the most addictive drug in the world.
Many of us enjoy using caffeine, myself included, but most of us aren't aware of how to use caffeine responsibly.
Thousands of studies have shown that when used responsibly, caffeine has a long list of health benefits.
However, most people aimlessly consume caffeine, usually to mask over the symptoms of poor sleep and low energy, this is a short term fix for a long term problem, which in the long run will end up making you feel even worse.
So here you go, a quick little guide to responsible caffeine use.
