I was just sitting down to read through some of your recent feedback, and I had to share these. 🤍
I often get asked what keeps me motivated, and honestly? It’s this. Having my own space is something I’ve dreamt of since my early 20s, and being able to share this gift with you now is something I’m so grateful to the universe for.

There is something so special and symbiotic about the relationship between a therapist and a client. You come in needing a moment of peace, and when you leave feeling refreshed and relaxed, I feel amazing too! I do it for you, but I also do it for the joy it brings me to help people feel their absolute best. It’s a two-way street that makes me love getting up every morning.

✨Knowing that my space in Hertfordshire can provide that “pure bliss” is exactly why I do what I do.
