How much time do you spend in your own head?
It's something I've been thinking about recently.
There’s nothing wrong with thinking things
through, however I have noticed some women are exhausted by the constant mental chatter that seems to follow them everywhere.
You know the sort of thing...
Replaying a conversation you had three days ago and wondering if you said the wrong thing. Lying awake at 3am thinking about something that might happen next week. Worrying about everyone else and whether they're okay. Running through your to-do list before you've even got out of bed. Second-guessing decisions you've already made.
After a while it becomes so normal that you almost stop noticing how much energy it's taking from you. You tell yourself it's just how life is and that you'll deal with it when things are a bit quieter.
But what if life didn't have to feel quite so hard? What if you could wake up feeling calmer? What if you could stop overthinking every little thing? What if you could trust yourself more, enjoy the moment you're in and spend less time worrying about things that haven't happened yet?
That's the sort of change my clients are looking for.
They’re not looking to become a different person, they want to feel more like themselves again.
