It’s a beautiful day for the Long Run Collectives Teesdale Trail Run, which is setting off from the Hub today! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

There really is nothing like the cold water and heat to help recovery!

The water is 18.8°, the sauna is hot, the ice is ready to be crushed and the weather is perfect!
