✨ Past Life Regression Therapy ✨

As many of you know, back in January I trained in Past Life Regression Therapy, and began offering sessions here towards the end of February 🌙💫

Over the past few weeks I’ve now guided several beautiful regression sessions, and every single experience has been completely unique, emotional, insightful, and honestly just amazing ✨ I absolutely love holding these sessions for clients and witnessing the healing, clarity, and comfort they can bring 🤍

Now that I’ve facilitated a number of regressions, I’ve really settled into the natural flow of the therapy and the way the sessions unfold 🌿

If you’ve been thinking about booking a Past Life Regression session, here’s a little insight into what to expect 🕊️

✨ Before the regression begins, we’ll sit together and go through your completed consultation form. We’ll talk about: • what to expect from the session
• any questions or concerns you may have
• any insights, clarity, or healing you’re hoping to receive
• aftercare and support
• and I’ll explain how you are always fully in control throughout the experience 🤍

✨ The regression itself is fully guided and recorded for you, so you’ll receive a copy of the audio afterwards to revisit in your own time 🎧

The actual regression can last up to around an hour, though the full guided process is usually around 90 minutes as I gently guide you both into and back out of the experience 🌙

✨ Afterwards, we’ll head into the cabin for a cup of tea and a biscuit ☕🍪 where we can chat about your session and pull some cards for additional insight and reflection 🔮

✨ You’ll then be invited to receive energy healing 🤍

This part of the session is incredibly special, as it allows time for: 🌿 deeper clarity and understanding
🌿 healing from past experiences or past lives
🌿 emotional release and letting go
🌿 connection with angels, spirit guides, ancestors, and beings of light ✨

It’s a beautiful way to conclude the session, helping you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected 💫

Hello everyone,

I have been a bit quiet on my page this week. It has been so busy, leaving very little downtime! I was fully booked over the last week, and next week is looking just as packed, starting with a wonderful two-day retreat.

I am getting closer to sharing my latest project with you. It turned out to be much bigger than I originally anticipated, and ensuring everything is perfect has been quite stressful at times. I want to make sure it looks exactly right, and I will share a full update very soon!

In other news, I am upgrading my electric treatment bed, so my current one will soon be up for sale. I am also evolving my practice to incorporate soul plan work directly into my post, past life regression, healing sessions. As I continue to grow both personally and professionally, my priority is always to provide you with the highest level of care.
