A little announcement Iām excited to shareā¦
After 15 years working in Emergency Medicine, Iāve made a decision.
Iāve reduced my NHS hours.š„¹
And honestly? I have ALL the feelings about it.
I feel incredibly lucky to have built the career I have. A degree, a Masters, advanced qualifications, years of additional training, endless shifts, nights, weekends, exams, pressure, tears, stress⦠and a whole lot of sacrifice.

To give it the time, energy, and attention it deserves.
And, more importantly, to give YOU the time, energy, and attention you deserve.
Iām so incredibly grateful for the trust youāve placed in me over the years. For every treatment, every conversation, every recommendation, every message, every person who has walked through my doors.
I donāt take any of it for granted.
So this is me, tentatively stepping into a new chapterā¦
A little relieved.
A little scared.
Very excited.
And probably about to learn A LOT about the logistics of actually running a business. š
Metanoia is growing.
And Iām finally ready to grow with it.
Hereās to giving this little business t
