TREATMENT DEPOSITS: All Appointments Require an non-refundable of £20 or for certain treatments £50 deposit. This deposit secures your appointment slot and is knocked off the remaining balance on the day. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: If any cancellations/no shows wi
thout 48hrs notice 50% Of your treatment cost will be required to be paid before you can be rebooked to a new date. Please note deposits are lost with cancellation/no shows
RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule thats NOT A PROBLEM! ALL Rescheduling must be done with 48hrs notice same rule applies as above 50% of the treatment cost will be required before any new date is booked. Please note you do not lose your deposit that still goes towards your appointment however the 50% does not
COURSE DEPOSITS: Deposits are required for courses for Payment Plans & Finance (Non Refundable)
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING Courses: Any Course Cancelled or Rescheduled within 2 weeks of the course date will require a £66 cancellation fee for the Accreditation
All Course Payments are Non Refundable (Aesthetics, Lashes, Brows) But can be turned into credit to use on an alternative course or treatments 💗
