Your cheekbones have not disappeared, they have just had some volume quietly taken from them over time. That is what ageing does, and it is the thing most people do not realise is happening. A small amount of dermal filler placed in the midface can bring that structure right back and lift the whole lower face. It is honestly one of my favourite treatments to do.
