We’re delighted to welcome Millie to the team at Western House Consulting Rooms!

Millie is a Sports Therapy (BSc Hons) graduate from University College Birmingham, with additional qualifications in sports massage and taping. She brings fantastic hands-on experience from working across semi-professional rugby, football, and with Great Britain Handball youth teams.

Passionate about musculoskeletal health, Millie is dedicated to helping clients feel and perform at their best—whether that’s through injury prevention, rehabilitation, or long-term wellbeing support.

With Millie joining the team, we’re now able to offer more flexible appointment times — so there’s never been a better time to book in.
