T'was the night before Christmas and all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.

Flossy was sat all alone on her bed,
With thoughts of the last 6 weeks in her head.

Flossy missed group some six weeks before.
She didn't have the courage to walk through the door.

She knew she had gained, had places to go
And found it so hard to simply say "no".

A 'catch up week' she'd planned that day,
But somewhere, somehow, she'd gone astray.

Each week Flossy gained another two pounds more
And felt even worse than the week before.

How would she ever get back on track,
When willpower was something she seemed to lack?

"Tomorrow is Christmas day, oh my!"
"I'l be eating so much", Flossy thought with a sigh.
"Another six pounds I could gain by New Year,
Then eating what's left could mean more gains, I fear"

"If only I'd faced the scales that night,
And asked Jodie to help make things right!"

"Perhaps, Christmas Eve, I'd be wearing a smile,
Instead of living my life in denial".

So please, don't be Flossy, don't quit when it's rough.
I'm here to help when the going gets tough.

I'll hold your hand through the good and the bad,
Let's make this the best weight loss Christmas you've had!

Lets do it TOGETHER, takes little knocks on the chin,
lets see how it feels to stick with it and WIN!

Heatings is on, the kettle boiled, and roads around the church are clear.

Group weigh is open from 4.15 pm dues to the bad weather.

Opened group early for HALLOWEEN 🎃🕷️👻🕸️.

ALL kids are welcome... Any kids who comes along will receive some Halloween sweets from me.

Sessions will continue to run as normal for image therapy

If you’ve missed group for a few weeks, months or even years, don’t worry 😉 just get back this week and we can start to repair any damage done.
If you don’t, you won’t do it!
Your group is there for you, no judgement, no criticism, just care, love 💕 help ideas and support by the bucketful - so you CAN change old habits and you CAN achieve your weight loss dreams.
Don’t leave it any longer.
We are there for each other Xx

10 'past' members stepped back through the doors of my slimming world groups this week...they were greeted with a smile, knowing they would receive NO judgement for wanting to 'start again.'
In my groups your are sorrounded by support and understanding that is needed to succeed in your journey.

They braved it in time to make a real difference on the scales before Xmas.

The Holidays are over, children back to school,
the sun has disappeared and the weather's getting cool.
Did you enjoy the summer, have you eaten lots of treats,
been tempted with ice cream and all the childrens sweets?
Whatever has ocurred, no matter what your weight,
be in group this week and get your eating habits straight.
You know that you can do it by following the plan,
you needn't feel embarassed, I'll help you all I can.
We'll all be pleased to see you, never any fear,
and just to cheer you up, remember, Christmas is quite near!!!
