Treatment Coordinator – Full Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly and ever-growing dental practice.
We provide both NHS and private dental care, and we are looking for a confident, organised and personable individual who can support our patients throughout their treatment journey.
The role:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday
Working with both NHS and private patients
Supporting patients from initial consultation through to treatment completion
Discussing treatment plans and options with patients
Helping patients understand their treatment and associated costs
Liaising closely with dentists and the wider practice team
Providing an exceptional patient experience
Opportunity to develop and grow within our expanding practice
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in a Treatment Coordinator role within a dental practice
Confident discussing treatment plans and costs with patients
Friendly, professional and approachable
Excellent at building rapport and developing patient relationships
Highly organised with strong communication skills
Motivated, enthusiastic and able to work well as part of a team
Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
