Hi, my name is John and I am a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist - with a level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage. I run the business from my home in Brampton Bierlow, Barnsley. As a keen runner, I understand the frustration that carrying an injury in any sport brings and it is my hope to get people back on the right track as soon as possible through deep tissue massage. Of course, massage is not

only great for regular fitness enthusiasts, but also for those suffering from pain and discomfort caused from an over demanding job or lifestyle.

That's it. Last training run done and dusted. Sports massage done, and all race ready for Sunday now. Be my 10th and Last marathon, and lucky to be having my family, fiancée and Owens family there to cheer me on.

Its going to be emotional, nervous, but also excited too.

Still over a week to sponsor me if you can kindly do so. Many thanks to those who have already done so, and managed too to reach the £500 mark too for Western Park. Very grateful and appreciate every single penny.
