As Mental health week approaches. I am inviting you to come along and try a breathwork and mindfulness session for just £20
Breathwork and visualization are powerful, evidence-based mindfulness tools that improve mental health by directly influencing the nervous system, reducing stress hormones, and retraining the brain's response to emotional challenges. They act as a bridge between the body and mind, helping to shift from a state of "fight-or-flight" (sympathetic nervous system) to "rest-and-digest" (parasympathetic nervous system). Activating a relaxation response, reducing cortisol, enhances vagal tone tone, and improving emotional regulation.
