Have you noticed that what used to work for your body doesn’t seem to work quite the same anymore?
During midlife, hormonal changes can affect everything from energy levels and muscle mass to bone health and metabolism. That’s why nutrition becomes even more important.
Instead of focusing on eating less, I encourage women to focus on nourishing their bodies with the nutrients they need to feel strong, energised and supported.
Simple things like prioritising protein, eating enough fibre, including healthy fats and supporting bone health can make a real difference to how you feel now and in the years ahead.
