I actually cried today.

Back in January, this Berghaus jacket didn’t fit me. I couldn’t even zip it up because it was just far too small. I remember how gutted I felt.

Today I thought I’d try it on again…

AND IT FITS. 😭🙌🏼

I genuinely couldn’t believe I could do the zip up! I just stood there staring at myself, then the tears came.

It might just be a jacket to some people, but to me it’s a huge reminder of how far I’ve come.

Sometimes you don’t notice the changes day to day, but THIS made me realise that something really is happening.

One zip. One jacket. One massive NSV! 🎉🙌🏼

Sorry for the silence this week! I’ve been away on Scout camp for 8 days and the reception has been rubbish! 😂

I’ve had the BEST week! So many amazing memories, lots of laughs and plenty of adventures. This was me on the zip wire and I absolutely loved it! 🤩

I’m back now and absolutely shattered, but it was 100% worth it!

We have had an absolute blast in Wales the past week! It’s been so lovely to spend time with the family & Bud exploring ...

Morning workout complete! 💪🌊

Building strength for surfing means focusing on my upper body and core so those pop-ups get quicker and paddling gets easier. Every workout is getting me one step closer.

I still absolutely hate burpees though… some things never change! 😂

It’s absolutely peeling it down here in Wales while we’re camping, but I’m not letting the weather stop me. Rain or shine, the work gets done! 🌧️🏕️🏄‍♀️

Weight loss isn’t a straight line. It’s messy. It’s full of good weeks, bad weeks, holidays, emotional eating, self-doubt, and starting over… again and again.

I’ve lost motivation more times than I can count. There have been weeks where I’ve walked into group knowing I hadn’t been “on plan” at all. But I still went.

Because motivation doesn’t always come first. Sometimes just turning up is enough. Sometimes weighing in, even when you’re dreading it, is the very thing that helps you find your motivation again.

Don’t wait until you feel motivated to start. Start, and the motivation will follow.

If you’re struggling right now, don’t quit. Keep walking through the doors. Keep believing in yourself, even if it’s just 1% today.

One day you’ll look back at your own before and after and realise that the hardest part wasn’t losing the weight… it was refusing to give up.
