Oops... I messed up!!

I made this Thai prawn curry, pilau rice with a Slimming World naan... But it wasn't until I dished up where I didn't check the Swips.

A tablespoon of the Thai curry paste? 1 Swip.

Instructions on the jar? Use the entire jar!!

How many Swips does that add up to?! 😭

Cheesy pasta... This stuff MADE the dish!!

I made a one-pan pasta, with garlic, vegetable stock, spinach, tomatoes, bacon (fat removed) and dairylea triangles! It was a little on the runny side so added some of this thickener and Oh.My.Goodness! It turned it into an amazing cheese sauce! 🧀

Came to about 18 swips for 4 portions!!

So today's achievement:
⭐ Starting the washing 😂

I did weigh in, and although I didn't run group (my amazing husband and consultant Jamie Squires did it for me), I weighed in with +4 lb. And I'm actually thrilled!!!!

Watch me lose that this week! 😜
