That's all I'll ever ask of a struggling member, just do one day... And then if you can do one day, see if you can do one more...

And today was that day for me ♥️

🍳 Breakfast: fat free yogurt, shreddies (fibre choice) and a mixture of apricots and strawberries
🍝 Lunch: plan pasta and a tablespoon of reduced mayo
🍽️ Dinner: burger (6 Swips), wholemeal roll (fibre choice), cheese slice (2 Swips), ketchup (2 Swips), potato, lettuce, toms, gherkins, cucumber.
🍓 Snacks: banana
