In a world that constantly tells us to look outside ourselves for answers, it's easy to forget that we already carry a quiet, wise guide within us - our intuition.

That inner voice, gentle yet persistent, is connected to your energy. It knows when you need rest, when you need to pause, when you need to move forward, and when you need to let go.

Why not take a few moments at the end of the day to reflect on your peaceful positive moments throughout the day through journaling; if that’s not for you remember that mindfulness can begin with something as simple as pausing, breathing, and giving yourself space to reconnect.

Keep going inward. Behind the noise, behind the doubt, behind the ache of overthinking, you already know the way. Your soul has not forgotten you, even when the world has felt too loud to hear it.
