Class Details:

❤️ Discover Reformer - An induction style class to equip you with all the skills and knowledge of how to use the reformer safely and effectively, so you are ready to join classes. It also gives the instructor time to get to know you and your body.

🖤 Reformer Workout - A class suitable for all abilities. You will learn all the general reformer exercises and will be challenged as you progress in knowledge and strength.
