Fresh air, movement, sunshine and steady progress 🌿☀️
Another beautiful outdoor session today focused on functional fitness, strength, balance and confidence for everyday life. Small progressions make a huge difference over time, today we increased the weights slightly, challenged the body a little more, and kept building strength in a safe and supportive way 💪
Outdoor training brings so many added benefits too:
Improved mood and mental wellbeing
• Better balance and coordination from natural terrain
• Functional strength for real-life movement
• Fresh air, conversation and connection
• A reminder that exercise doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating
We even had a few squirrels supervising the session today 🐿️
