Kicking off the bank holiday with this incredible two session fade on this half sleeve! Picture on the left you may see some slight redness and this is because my client had this area treated a few days prior so it was currently healing (very well with no bleeding/scarring I may add) she was so shocked by the immediate fading she decided to carry on removing an even bigger section so she could make sure we could then treat the whole area each time! After pic is after two sessions and before her third! So many areas you can barely even see now! I am so obsessed with my laser it’s absolute 🔥

This is exactly why hair colour is SO important when it comes to laser hair removal 👀⚡

The laser only works when there’s enough pigment in the hair for the energy to target.

Watch the white wick… nothing happens.
But the second the laser hits the black wick? BOOM. Instant reaction. 🔥

That’s because the dark pigment absorbs the laser energy, heats up rapidly, and transfers that heat down into the follicle to damage the germ cells responsible for hair growth.

No pigment = nothing for the laser to “see”.

Which is why blonde, grey, white and red hairs are unfortunately much harder — and sometimes impossible — to treat effectively with laser hair removal.

Dark, coarse hair usually responds the best because it contains the most melanin for the laser to target 🎯

And before anyone asks… yes, we literally only needed to hit it ONCE 😮‍💨⚡
