A lot of my Physio clients have been commenting lately on how comfortable they feel coming to my location due to the high quality air conditioning (and hopefully due to the high standard of Physiotherapy to !) at my Gym Group Barrow location. My Physio room is also air conditioned. Coming here was always a massive tick in the box for me (I also have access to fantastic rehab facilities). I want high quality Physio for all my clients. But I also want them to feel comfortable in the environment.

Well done to all my Physio clients who completed the Manchester Marathon. You all did fantastic. Many are back in with me next week for a recovery Sports Massage. I think this is a record year from people from Barrow, Dalton, Ulverston and the surrounding areas entering the Marathon. Great to see. I've been working on conditioning and rehabilitation with a lot of them. 1 or 2 were 50/50 but got through it. Running is great, but you have to put in the strength work as well. "Prevention is better than cure"
