This week's Weekend Warriors: Matthew & Margaret 🌟

Hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed, and this week, we have two brilliant people to celebrate.

Matthew, thank you for everything you bring to the team, week after week. Your commitment and care make a real difference to the people on your round and to everyone around you.
And now it's time to switch off, recharge, and enjoy every moment of a very well-deserved holiday. ☀️

And this week also brought its challenges, which is exactly when the true character of a carer shines through. Margaret, from our Kendal round, faced a difficult shift and handled every moment with quiet professionalism and genuine compassion. That's not just good care.

Two incredible people. Two great reasons to be proud of the MSH Care team. ❤️
