Breakfast this morning inbetween group sessions
8 Ryvita Crackerbreads (Healthy Fibre Choice)
3 Seriously strong cheese squares (Healthy Calcium Choice)
2 eggs whites, Protein - not keen on the yolks in the middle
And half a punnet of Strawberries 🍓 (Speed)
