From Barrow-in-Furness, Walney, Millom and Dalton-in-Furness, right through to Ulverston, Grange, Kendal, Milnthorpe, Ambleside, Windermere, Coniston, Sedbergh and Kirkby Lonsdale - we’re here to support local people.

💚 If you’re a Westmorland & Furness resident, or registered with a GP surgery within the area, and you’re experiencing a health-related barrier to work, WorkWell South Cumbria may be able to help.

Our friendly service can provide personalised support to help you manage health-related challenges and move towards your work and wellbeing goals.

📍 Health & Wellbeing Fayre – today in Millom

Millom ICC and partners are holding a health and wellbeing fayre today at the Rec Car Park, next to Tesco, from 11am until 3.30pm.

Theres a range of free health and wellbeing stalls, with advice, information and guidance available.

Becca and Joe, our Work and Health Coaches, will also be there, so if you’d like to find out more about WorkWell South Cumbria, pop over and say hello. They can answer any questions you might have and chat to you about eligibility and referrals for support with health-related barriers to work.

WorkWell South Cumbria are excited to be attending the Health & Wellbeing Fayre!

If you are looking for support to stay in work, return to work, or manage a health condition while working, come and say hello! Our Work and Health Coaches, Joe and Becca, will be on hand all day to chat about how our free, fully funded service can support you.

📅 When: Friday 21st August
⏰ Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📍 Where: The Rec Car Park, Millom (Next to Tesco)
There will be plenty of free health stalls, advice, information, and even a visit from the NHS HARRI Bus! 🚌✨

School Holidays: Juggling It All?

If you are feeling the pressure of the school holidays- you are not alone.

The summer break can be a wonderful time for families, but it can also bring extra stress, especially when you're trying to juggle caring responsibilities alongside work and everything else life throws at you.

Remember, support is available. If things are starting to feel a bit much, WorkWell South Cumbria is here to help. Whether it's managing stress, improving wellbeing, or simply having someone to talk things through with, we're here for you.
