Iโ€™ve been holding retreats for many years now & it never ceases to amaze me the reasons people give for not coming on one! BTW these are real things people have said to me over the years that Iโ€™ve shared. Now Iโ€™m only speaking about my retreats, Iโ€™m not comparing or passing judgement on anyone elseโ€™s before the social media gurus on here get fired up, Iโ€™m just doing my thing! Iโ€™ve known for a while Iโ€™ve needed to delve deeper into my own healing, turns out the Akasha Process was just what I needed! This month I took myself back to the amazing lady who taught me sound & reiki drumming many moons ago to embark on the Akasha Process at her magical Pheonix studio. This process isnโ€™t for the faint hearted with shadows including your own brought to the surface but youโ€™ll know when youโ€™re ready! The whole process over four deeply healing & intensive days was something quite profound & completely blew me away! I went with the intention to take some time for myself, receive for a change BUT I came away with so so SO much more. The deep healing, the release, the introspection, the reflection, the CLARITY! No words will ever be able to describe what this process has truly been for me but Iโ€™m unbelievably grateful for the timing, the space with beautiful women that chose this healing too & everything I can now see clearly!

I wasnโ€™t planning on sharing where Iโ€™ve been or what Iโ€™ve been up to with you all as it was personal just for me but after coming away I feel I want to share my experience because if youโ€™re in need of some deep healing, have limiting beliefs, fed up of toxic cycles & shadows hitting you in the face left, right & centre on repeat then I canโ€™t recommend this process enough. Iโ€™ve gained so much clarity, understanding & awareness of myself & those around me on a soul level that nobody will ever understand unless you experience it.
