Yesterday had Reiki by Helen at the Health Hwb 😀
What a wonderful hour on the bed
Helen made me feel totally at ease as soon as I arrived
The water sounds and soft music made me drift off
I felt lighter when I left
Had an amazing night's sleep too
Great experience
