Slimming World Kitchen is a life saver when you like quick & simple. I'm no cook but SW Kitchen allows us as a family to eat easy healthy meals with great variety and I dont have to set foot in a supermarket. Winning 👏

These incredible women have bagged MASSIVE weight loss awards this week. Ceri got her 8 1/2 stone award on Thursday and Wendy got her 9 stone award on Friday 👏 👏

We're about to be flooded with "new year new me" and it can be overwhelming and the pressure, well, unnecessary 😑
That said, carrying more more weight than we'd like is totally exhausting and strips you of happiness. How do I know? Because I've been there 6 & a half stone ago ❤️
You don’t have to be confident.
You don’t have to be motivated.
You just have to turn up.
Everything else can come later – with my support.
Past present or future member I'd love to see you this January. Nae xx
