Lots of decisions being made these last few weeks. One is to take a step back from NHS work for now at least as the winter months are coming and due to my immunity now being compromised through having a form of leukaemia I’m putting me first and protecting my health. On that note please don’t attend any appointments with me if you’re unwell (I know most of you wouldn’t anyway but just putting this out there as it’s important now more than ever)
Me taking a step back from the NHS also means I now have more time for doing what I love in my own treatment room ☺️.

The second is that I’m taking the facial acupressure off my treatment list. Transparency is important so the reason is - I rarely do them as not much calling for them and I can’t warrant paying the price for the good organic products I use that only have so long before they go off and they’re just not being used. So now I’ve come to the end of my products I’ve decided to take them off my treatment list and focus purely on the 3 that there is a demand for.
Apologies to those that have had it and loved it but I just don’t do enough of them.

Looking forward to the autumn days now and the coziness of the treatment room 🥰🍁🍂🧙🏻###

Hi all!
So I bloody love food and have piled the weight on since Covid and become so unfit! Nothing like a cancer diagnosis to shake you up though right?! So I’m on a mission to better my health and say up yours cancer and I thought what better way to do that than to sign up to do a 5km walk everyday throughout October! It might not sound much and for some I’m sure it’s not but for me it’s a lot so any donation even if just £1 would be greatly appreciated and let’s help this amazing charity help beat blood cancer! Trust me you don’t think it’ll ever happen to you until it does!

Not everything needs to be put on social media. Sometimes do things because it makes YOU happy and fills YOUR cup not because you need validation or praise on social media. Being a holistic practitioner is about so much more than a load of likes. For me it is anyway. Remember confidence is quiet, insecurity is loud 🩷🙏🏻xx

Sometimes a change is as good as a rest… what was meant to be a little change around turned into hours of moving it here there and everywhere before finally settling on this 🥰 hope you all like it xx🙏🏻
