🩷The world feels heavy right now. Wars, violence, cost of living and so much more! I think it’s hugely taking its toll on many people. So in light of this I’ve decided to lower my prices back down. This isn’t because I don’t respect my training and how qualified I am - I do but it’s because it’s about so much more than that for me. I’ve always been about helping people as much as I can and making things like holistic treatments accessible to all. As someone that tries to keep up a regular holistic treatment myself I know the difference they can make not just physically but emotionally and spiritually too. I also I know so many of us feel guilty for treating ourselves esp when it comes to holistic treatments and that just doenst sit right for me. Time out to put your mind body and soul is so important! Now more than ever and it costs nothing to be kind especially to yourself! 🩷

🌻Reiki: 45-55 minute appointment ~£30~
Hands on or off universal energy healing. Fantastic treatment for mind body and soul. Releasing blocked energy and emotions. Benefits include: Better sleep, Improved mood, Pain relief. Reiki brings about deep relaxation which in turn helps the body heal itself.
In my treatments I also incorporate sound and or crystal healing if I feel drawn too.

🌻Clinical Duopody Reflexology:
45-55 minute appointment ~£30~
Treatments are tailored to individual needs. Duopody is different in that both feet are worked symmetrically at the same time. Working through the systems of the body to help bring back homeostasis (balance). It can help with so many things but just a few examples are: Headaches, back problems, sciatica, fertility problems, achillies tendon issues, insomnia, endometriosis and so much more more!

This lovely treatment offers you the best of both. With half an hour of reflexology and half an hour of reiki - bliss!

🌻Facial Acupressure: 45-55 minute appointment ~£35~
If you’re looking for blissful relaxaxion this is a must! This treatment involves a head and neck massage to start followed by a face cleanse using all organic products. A flannel is placed over the face for a couple of minutes before removing the cleanser. An organic face oil is then used along with hands and or crystal massagers to massage the whole face. Gentle pressure is applied to acupressure points. A nice cooling rose water is then used to gently wipe off any excess oil. This is fab for general relaxation but is also good for headaches and sinus issues.

🌻Pressotherapy 20-30 minute £20

Pressotherapy is a non-invasive lymphatic drainage massage technique that uses specialised leg boots with inflatable compartments to apply rhythmic, controlled air pressure to the body. This process stimulates the lymphatic system and blood circulation, helping to reduce swelling, fluid retention, and toxin buildup, with cosmetic uses including cellulite reduction and body toning, and medical applications such as aiding recovery after surgery and sports.

This is only available to new clients and only one taster session of each permitted.

🌻Book in for a back to back treatment of reflexology or reiki full treatment which must be had back to back on the same day for just £55.

This is where I took my daughter last year and will be taking her to again soon. In light of what happened to my brother I think heart screening is so important! This charity are amazing and offer this free service. You get an ECG and see a cardiologist. If you’re over the age for the free screening you can pay to have a subsidised ECG and echocardiogram like I did last year. Get checked, get your kids checked. Underlying means exactly that people don’t realise they have it. Don’t wait until it’s too late get checked 🙏🏻🩷xx Calon hearts UK charity
