ack to health and wellbeing. Sound and crystals affect the body physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Crystals and tuning forks are energetic, vibrational tools and the essence of crystal and tuning fork sound therapy is to assist the body in healing itself, achieving good health and happiness. When listening to the tuning fork sound through the ears, the vibration travels from here to the vagus nerve and then to all the organs and further to the cellular structure down to the atom, where it brings harmony to the whole body, mind and spirit. This is a gentle and beautiful treatment which affects all aspects of a person, restoring you back to wholeness. Research has shown that when listening to a frequency for a few minutes it will alter the range of brainwaves. Relaxing the mind and quiet it down to silence. The vibrational frequency travels through the body and through the law of resonance weaker vibrations will vibrate at the same level as stronger ones, this can initiate the muscles to relax and help organs to heal. These therapies are also available as a distance treatment sending the vibration through the ether. We also can do this via video call and you are with me during the treatment. I also offer sound baths which are available as a group experience at colcot community centre, Barry or a personal and couples sound journey at my house. I have a cancellation policy of 24hrs in place. If you fail to adhere to this, a charge of £20 will occur.
