I’m a millennial and proud but the world of wellness made us distrust the simple fuel that is bread!!
No carbs before Marbs every April - June even if you were going to Ibiza or Bognor for your girls trip
Now we are in our 30s/40s I still hear “without the bun” or “I’m not eating bread at the moment” and the new fad about how many ingredients are in the bread.
Unless you are eating a loaf a day pick your favourite bread source and enjoy it.
For me the simple pleasure of Peanut Butter on a slice of Tiger Bread now and again makes sure my lifts are strong and my words aren’t nasty
Being hangry and energy less is not a vibe
