This incredible lady never ceases to amaze me!

After 12 weeks off plan due to a back injury, then a holiday to recuperate - Anne came back to me expecting a gain.

She’d only gone and lost another 5lbs due to her sensible choices!

She’s now reached her 4 stone mark and I’m so proud of her
