*Update 14th August 2026* - We are awaiting a contractor to arrive and hopefully start fixing the issue today. We have to remain closed until the fix is complete and all necessary testing has been done to ensure water is running throughout the Practice.

We are sorry to say that we will be closed again today until further notice as we still have no running water on site. We are working with the landlord/management company and South East Water to try and get this resolved as quickly as possible.

We cannot provide safe clinical operations without running water, and we are running on minimal staff on site whilst we work through the issue and we have cancelled all face to face appointments again today.

GPs will be working remotely again and calling patients, including those they were supposed to see face to face.

Again, we apologise for this and we will update you as soon as we can
