As we are attending the Alresford Show tomorrow (Saturday 5th September) there will be a very limited amount of mobility scooters available for hire from our Centre so it would be best to call ahead to prebook if you require a scooter for the day.

What a fabulous turnout for our 2nd trundle of the year. This time we chose to visit some local parks and ponds, taking in the wonderful wildlife and scenery; and having dodged the rain and thunderstorms that were predicted for this afternoon, it was back to our Shopmobility Centre for a refreshing cup of tea and some delicious cakes and treats.
Sending out a huge thank you to everyone who came along, and who helped to support us with some much appreciated fundraising.

Why not join us on Thursday 20th August for an afternoon out and about on one of our popular trundles. This time we will be visiting local parks and gardens. To begin, we will be venturing out from our Centre in Church Street at 1.30pm, and the scooter hire for the visit will be £12.50 which will include some tasty cakes and a hot or cold drink when returning back to our Centre. Shopmobility Basingstoke will be attending the Alresford Agricultural Show on Saturday 5th September 2026 from 8am, so why not come along and perhaps hire one of our mobility scooters. To guarantee availability, you can call us on 01256 476 066 and reserve a scooter in advance of the day.

The hire cost will be £15.00 on the day, and there will be limited availability.

Great news! With the kind support of The Rotary Club we have now managed to secure transportation for our fleet of mobility scooters to take to the Festival of Transport. We look forward to seeing you there tomorrow.

It is with regret that we are no longer able to attend this years Basingstoke Festival of Transport; this being due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control. We will however be attending The Alresford Show later in the year, and look forward to seeing you there on the day.

We have a large selection of donated walkers and rollators available to buy at our Centre in Church Street. Prices will depend on the type and condition of each product, and are currently priced between £15 and £100. If you would like to come and try out some of our range then please visit us for a demonstration.
