💦 Why Hydrotherapy? 💦

The water offers something that land-based therapy often can't.

Hydrotherapy provides a warm, supportive environment where children can move more freely, practise new skills, build strength and confidence, and have fun at the same time.

Benefits of hydrotherapy may include:

💧 Improved mobility and movement
💧 Increased strength and endurance
💧 Better balance and coordination
💧 Reduced muscle stiffness and discomfort
💧 Enhanced confidence and participation
💧 A fun and motivating therapy experience

Our specialist physiotherapists provide individualised hydrotherapy programmes tailored to each child's goals and needs.

📍 Hydrotherapy sessions available in Basingstoke and Newbury

Whether your child is working on walking, balance, postural control, strength or physical confidence, hydrotherapy can be a valuable addition to their therapy programme.
