I’m learning to stay aware of what’s happening around me without losing myself in it.
For a while, I went deep down the rabbit holes, researching toxins, unhealthy systems, and all the evil darkness we’re constantly exposed to. Honestly, it nearly made me ill bearing the weight of what I’d found and spent way too much time there!
Then the Holy Spirit gently reminded me of what was and wasn’t mine to carry, to focus on Him, and the assignment He’s given me: Philippians 4:8 📖
So now I ask myself daily: What CAN I control?
🙏 Protecting my peace and growing spiritually in His word
😌 Gratitude for the knowledge to make informed decisions
☀️ Getting sunlight on my break
🥗 Choosing the cleanest foods available to me
🚶♀️ Taking small daily steps toward my health goals
💚 Putting energy into solutions in my sphere of influence
💧 Supporting my body instead of living in fear
To name just a few…
Healing isn’t built in one dramatic moment - it’s built in the small consistent choices we make every day.

The UK sunshine is SHOWING UP 🌞
I’m fully embracing this Vitamin D window while it’s here!
We cannot always control every environment around us, but we can choose how we best nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits each day, doing the best we can with the knowledge and resources we have.
