✅ Avoid direct sunlight between **11am and 3pm** where possible.
✅ If you're outdoors, wear light, loose-fitting clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
✅ Plan exercise or outdoor activities for the early morning or evening when it's cooler.
✅ Check in on older relatives, neighbours, and anyone who may be more vulnerable.
