I am so excited to announce that I have a brand new electric treatment table!

I can now lower the table for you to get on, it is 30" wide (so space for your arms to rest by your side), 4" memory foam mattress, it has been tested to accommodate a safe working load of 175kg and the clients who experienced the table on Friday loved it!

It's interesting the effect that stress has on the body. You might be discussing this with your work colleagues; one of you has a skin condition (e.g. psoriasis), one has acid reflux whilst one of you has no energy - all as a result of stress.

The research from the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) indicates that reflexology can effectively reduce stress levels. The study using hair cortisol testing shows that reflexology may lead to a sustained, biologically measurable reduction in cortisol (the stress hormone).

I can't believe it. Another client is pregnant!!!

How does reflexology help people to conceive? I have weekly reflexology protocols that I follow that tell the body what it should be doing. This applies for natural cycles and assisted cycles (e.g. IVF).
