I want the thank everyone who has contributed to my trip to Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in Winnipeg, Canada 🇨🇦. I’m only 2 weeks into my my training block and I’m feeling pretty good. I’ve gone back to self coaching which is where I’ve made the most improvement. I have some goals for the day & it’s looking good.
This is my second selection for Team England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 but this time I compete twice. Once in bench only & full power. So far due to all your generous donations I have raised an incredible £1422 which covers my entry and flights. It’s a great honour to be selected to lift for England but the cost of travel, accommodation, entry & insurance is huge.
I literally couldn’t do it without everyone’s help. Big Love ❤️.
