Kambo... such an incredibly powerful medicine. I went with the intention of clearing the root cause of my Candida and to heal my wounds around masculinity.

Most of my Candida has been showing its symptoms through an itchy throat and what the medicine has shown me that a lot of it is linked to my ancestral lineage. Powerful and strong women who have learned to play it small. Keeping our voices small, people pleasing, constantly needing to get it 'right', to be everything to everyone and not speaking our truth.

I have come away feeling connected to my ancestors on a much deeper level. I feel the connection to the earth and the lands of the UK. To the lands of Ireland, Wales and Scotland and to the powerful wisdom of the women who came before me. We may carry the wounds of our ancestors but we also carry the gifts too...

Thank you to beautiful Siriani who held us through the ceremony, her strength and power was amazing to witness and was a beautiful reflection for me.

Some recent client love🦋 I've been feeling so grateful for all of the people who come to me for healing. I can honestly say I feel like this is what I was put on this earth to do and I am just soooo grateful for each person who shows up to that treatment room. My work is something that is so unbelievably special to me and I am always, always striving to provide the best possible service I can to each person who walks into that room. My whole heart and soul goes into this work and I hope each person feels that from me.

It's not just about me though, I am so grateful to spirit for teaching me daily how I can become a better healer. I am learning every single day how to be in service with more love, compassion and integrity. My heart could explode right now!

Every colour has a frequency, what energy are you wanting to wear?

Pink/green = unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness harmony, colour linked to the heart chakra, softness & nurturing, connection to nature

The men are beginning to awaken... when I talk of anger in this video I am not talking about abusive anger, dominating anger, controlling anger, nor am I talking about power that dominates. I am talking about healthy anger, anger that arises because of injustice, hopelessness and innocent killing of people and children. When I talk of men in their power I do not mean power that is from the ego, again dominating, ego driven, for gain, pride or greed. I am talking about the power that arises from being connected to heart and body. Power that arises from making conscious decisions that benefit and are loving to all. Not abusive power which is what many may think when hearing the words 'men in power.'

I have been learning a lot about the masculine wound right now and felt it was appropriate to share.

We need men connected to their hearts, connected to their bodies, to their truth, spirit and power.

It's probably about time I reintroduced myself!

HI!!! I'm Kayla, I'm 26 years old and I have been practicing Reiki for 5+ years. My whole life revolves around consciousness & health and I love bringing the gift of energy healing into peoples lives. Reiki absolutely changed my life and I continue to see it change many others. My whole practice and life revolves around truth and what is truth. I am always striving to bring people into their personal truth and them finding empowerment through that, for this has been my story and I feel it is a part of my souls medicine to bring that to others.

Through finding myself, losing myself, learning what it is I need, how to give that to myself, travelling to the depths of my shadow, moving through pain and joy, expansion and contraction, I am able to pass my wisdom onto others. The healing journey is never complete, only a constant evolution and it is my mission to help as many people as I can.

Hi everyone! I've been giving card readings to people since I was around 17 (I'm 26 now). I have been a Reiki Practitioner for nearly 5 years but recently I've been getting guidance to start offering card readings as a service.

These sessions will be done in a relaxed way as I'm still figuring out how it is I'm going to work with people, how long sessions are going to take etc so I'm going to be offering them for only £20 to start with.

Oracle Card Readings are intuitive, Spirit-led sessions designed to offer guidance, clarity, and insight into your current energy and life path.

You are welcome to bring a question or intention to the session or ask for general guidance.
