Dismantling the old. Women Rise ✨

Women, there is something very old dismantling itself through us and around us.
An old way of being with the masculine that can no longer hold.
Where we have sought safety and security at the expense of the heart, can no longer stand.
Where we have sacrificed our needs, over and over again, can no longer be.
Where we have lived in fear of masculine power, and our own, must end.

It is both personal and collective.
We each have a story, and yet it is bigger than us.

Women, it is time to rise.
Not with anger in our hearts but with a fierce love that can but heal.
It is time to listen.
To drop deep into our wombs of wisdom and to move from that space.
From the place within us that already knows.

Healing is here.
Men and women, heart to heart, in a way we did once know but could not remember.
The remembering is here.
Listen to its whispers and prepare to be moved.

Old paradigms falling away, but still we must choose.
Not from fear or sacrifice, but from great courage.

It is time.
For a new way.
And that way is LOVE ❤️

In every moment, we get to choose who we are being. Even in the moments of fear, panic, sadness, loneliness or loss.

It doesn’t mean those feelings go away, it means we choose to acknowledge them, love them, and decide otherwise.

This morning was one of those mornings.

I felt tired, overwhelmed and disconnected. I didn’t feel like entering the day.

But I acknowledged it, hugged it and decided it was going to be a day of sweet connection 🌷

An early morning sauna and wild swim at blew away the cobwebs pretty quickly!

A delicious breakfast and beautiful food throughout the day brought sweetness and nourishment.

A stomp around the woods picking wild garlic and nettles to make pesto brought me out of my bubble and into connection with nature.

And all the essentials from my work to do list got done - with ease and gentleness.

Women’s Healing Circle Ceremony ✨

Last summer I began hosting a monthly women’s healing circle at my home in Bath, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the most deeply enriching and magical experiences.

There is something about gathering together in circle with other women that feels so natural and so timeless 🌹

There is something about being able to speak your heart into the circle and be witnessed that is so deeply healing 🪷

I have the angels to thank for this circle, as when the idea dropped in, they wouldn’t leave me alone until I took the step, even though I was terrified!

And not only did they insist I begin, the gifts they have brought through in each circle are profound.

A few years ago, I never anticipated working with the angels in this way, that it would become part of my work. They stepped into my life in a most unexpected way, and since then I’ve been working with an amazing teacher who has helped me to deepen this connection and develop my gifts as a healer.

We all have spiritual gifts and yet many of us don’t even know it. We all have a connection to the divine, and yet many of us feel exiled or unworthy of it.

These monthly healing circles are an opportunity for each person to connect with and receive from the angels, as well an opportunity to share from the heart and be witnessed and heard in that sharing.

For me, it is such a deep honour and gift to hold this space, to be a channel for the angelic light, and to help others to experience all the love and support that surrounds them in every moment.

The hunger we experience isn’t always a hunger for food.
It is often a hunger for life.
Desire dressed up as hunger.
Desire deep inside that has long been suppressed.
Desire to create.
Desire to live.
Desire to love and be loved.
Desire to move and be moved.
Desire to dance.
A ferocious desire that will be not silenced.
A desire that wishes to speak.
Hunger and desire are like to two sides of the same hand.
Our job is to listen.
Am I truly hungry for food,
Or am I hungry for life?
It is from a place of deep listening that your desire will speak.
And when she does, be ready to be moved.

Food is not the problem.

Where’s there’s compulsion, control, negotiation, restriction, fear or when your mind is constantly preoccupied by food, it is a reflection of something deeper.

And rather than being something to fix, it is opportunity to look deeper.

To see what your relationship with food is reflecting back to you.

Ask yourself, does this food or way of eating bring me closer or further away from myself?

Do I feel connected, at ease, or scattered, heavy, disconnected.

It’s all information.

And the connection you really long for begins with this awareness 🌷

We already know we were not meant to do this life alone, and yet we feel isolated.

We already know our human need for connection is fundamental to our survival, and yet, we feel disconnected.

We already know that on some level, we’re all connected, and yet, it feels abstract and intangible.

We long to belong, and yet, we feel exiled.

And the more we think we know, the more we seem to search, for something or someone to make it all feel ok.

When all along life was simply calling us home. To ourselves.

And from that place of deep inner connection comes a feeling of nourishment and ease, with the realisation that all you were searching for was already there.

CONNECT is a new piece of work I’ve been curating, offering a lived, somatic experience of connection and deep inner nourishment.

It’s a space to slow down enough to notice how we experience life, and what could be different we when we connect more deeply with ourselves.

Using food as powerful mirror, alongside movement, meditation and partner enquiry, we open into deeper connection.

We’ll close the evening with an eating ritual around the fire and a beautiful meal inspired by the wisdom of the Five Elements.

Connection From the Heart ♥️

Landing back from a profound retreat experience, I am reminded once again of the profound nature of our own inner connection and connection to life.

This retreat was so timely for me in a very unexpected way, as I prepare for my CONNECT workshop next weekend.

CONNECT is an intimate, in person gathering exploring connection and relating, with food as powerful, sensory doorway Into that experience of deeper connection.

CONNECT came to me as a very clear download, to offer people an experience in real time of what it is to truly connect from the heart, from a place that allows the masks to fall away.

CONNECT is a sensory experience of deeper connection to ourselves, to others and to the pulse of life herself.
