Protein yoghurt is such a great way to increase your protein intake - plus it tastes better than normal yoghurt anyway! It’s NB to read the nutritional label as lots of yoghurts pose as high-protein but actually they’re just high calorie!
A good rule of thumb to assess whether it’s high protein:
Anything above 6g protein/100g is looking good! Closer to 10g/100g is a shining star 🌟
Here’s a breakdown of my recommended brands, the calories & protein (per 100g), and where to buy them in the various countries I have lived/live in 🤪
Mauritius 🇲🇺
➡️ Fromage Blanc 3% | C 68 P 7g | Super U
➡️ Yoplait Greek Nature | C 68 P 7g | London Way (but often OOS)
➡️ Delta Yaourt Grec 10% | C 134 P 6.5g | Super U
➡️ THE WINNER 🥇 Delta Yaourt Grec O% | C 57 P 9g | Super U (get there on a Thursday midday for dairy deliveries!)
