Three weekend Shiatsu foundation course starting March 23rd 24th
An introduction to the healing art of Shiatsu, using the power of touch to help release stuck energy and create balance within the body. Suitable for all ages and physical abilities
Shiatsu is a fantastic way of learning how to relax and use your own body to help others let go of their stresses and reconnect. A lovely thing to do for yourself, in couples or as a group. Some come in with aches & pains others want to relax or to learn a new skill for themselves or to work with others as the start to a new career.
All you have to do is come in comfortable clothing as Shiatsu is received fully clothes and have a go.
