Do you really need SPF every day? If you care about your skin, yeah 😅

If pigmentation, uneven tone, or early lines are on your list, SPF matters. Even on cloudy days, UV is still around.

Bumpy lips after treatment can be a proper panic moment, I get it 😬

Swelling and tiny lumps can happen early on with injectable treatments. Often it’s part of the normal settling phase while everything calms down.

Most of the time it smooths out as swelling reduces, but if something feels off, always check in with your practitioner.

Aftercare matters too. Follow your instructions, avoid pressure on the area, and don’t self-massage unless you’ve been told to.
