It was a pleasure to spend time with the team at Worthing Rowing Club last week!

We had a fantastic session delivering our Emergency First Aid at Work course. It was great to see everyone so engaged and hands-on as we worked through essential life-saving skills. Whether on the water or in the clubhouse, being prepared makes all the difference, and the team at Worthing Rowing Club is now equipped with the confidence and knowledge to handle emergencies effectively.

🚑 Last week was a busy one, delivering training, supporting industry partners, and keeping my own clinical skills current 💪

Day 4 of the FREC 3 course with Risk Medical Rescue has been packed with hands-on scenarios and real-world pre-hospital care training 👏

I’ve also been supporting Revive Medical Solutions delivering an EFAW course, helping learners gain confidence and practical first aid skills that could save lives ⛑️

Alongside teaching, I’ve continued working at live events to maintain my operational experience and keep training realistic, relevant, and engaging 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We were out in force today at Run Gatwick providing a dedicated Advanced Paramedic-led team to ensure every runner stayed safe from start to finish.

It was an incredible day of energy and community spirit, and we were incredibly proud to support our partners at Allied Healthcare for this event.

It was a busy one! Our multi-disciplinary team worked seamlessly across the course, including an Event Lead, a Clinical Lead, Paramedics, Cycle Response Units, and Foot Teams providing immediate assistance where it was needed most.

A massive well done to all the runners who smashed their goals today! We’re honored to have been part of your journey.
