A little change to our Beaconsfield opening 💚

And the very happy reason? After 13 years together, Matt and I are finally tying the knot! 💍🥂

🛵 Sometimes the cheapest price comes with a lot of frustration…

A customer recently came to us after two disappointing attempts to buy the same scooter online from the so-called “big boys”—retailers with excellent reviews and deep pockets for online advertising.

He told us he’d paid a non-refundable deposit for a test drive that never materialised. He then clicked “buy it now” with a different retailer, but the scooter never arrived—and he’s still battling to get his money back.

What he thought would be cheaper and easier had become stressful and time-consuming.

So he contacted We Do Mobility. This time, he found someone he could actually talk to, ask questions and trust. He placed his order and received his scooter fully built the very next day—with personal service, rather than just a box left at his door. 💚

We couldn’t match the online price, and we were honest about that. But our service? We smashed it! 🙌

He’s absolutely over the moon, and we’re delighted we could get him moving after so much disappointment.

📢 Important Update from We Do Mobility 📢

As part of our continued growth, we have now closed our Uxbridge showroom and merged operations into our larger Beaconsfield store.

Whilst our Uxbridge location is no longer open, we would like to reassure all of our customers in Cowley, Uxbridge, Hillingdon and the surrounding areas that we are still very much here to support you.

Our Beaconsfield showroom offers an even wider range of mobility scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs, riser recliners, walking aids and daily living aids, along with our repair, servicing and maintenance services.

We continue to provide home demonstrations, deliveries, repairs and support throughout Uxbridge, Cowley and the surrounding areas, so nothing changes in terms of the service you receive.
