Just a week ago, we launched The Compass. And today, we're celebrating the response.
Over the past few days, we've heard from colleagues across InHealth who have told us how much The Compass resonates with their own experiences of working here. The feedback has been thoughtful, positive and above all, affirming of what we set out to achieve: an authentic reflection of who we are, what we stand for and what it's like to be part of InHealth.
The Compass was built from the voices of our people. Their stories, insights and experiences shaped every part of it, and it's been wonderful to see colleagues recognising themselves within it. The timing feels particularly special too.
This week saw the launch of our InHealth Staff Survey 2026, giving colleagues another opportunity to share their views and help shape the future of our organisation. Listening to our people remains one of the most important things we do, and we're looking forward to hearing their feedback.
Alongside this, we were delighted to be recognised in the Financial Times UK's Best Employers 2026 ranking - an achievement that reflects the dedication, passion and culture that our colleagues create every day.
Together, these milestones represent something we're incredibly passionate about: creating an organisation where people feel valued, heard, supported and inspired to do their best work.
As we continue to build on this momentum, we'd like to thank every colleague who contributed to The Compass, who takes part in our staff surveys and who helps make InHealth the organisation it is today.
It doesn't stop here - The Compass will continue to evolve, shape our conversations and importantly, help us to celebrate our fantastic people.
