Counting down the days…

Later this month, our PET-CT team will be attending the British Nuclear Medicine Society (BNMS) Autumn meeting in Swansea.

We are looking forward to connecting with fellow nuclear medicine professionals and healthcare partners from across the sector. Every year this event is a fantastic opportunity to talk about what’s up and coming in the industry and explore how we can continue improving the patient care our services deliver.

If you're attending, we'd love to meet you. Make sure to stop by our stand and say hello to our friendly team!

Supporting colleague wellbeing is a really important part of creating a positive employee experience at InHealth.

In our 2026 Staff Survey, 73% of colleagues said they believe InHealth takes positive action on health and wellbeing. This was also one of the key drivers of engagement, showing just how closely wellbeing connects to how people feel about working here.

From wellbeing resources and Mental Health First Aiders to awareness activity and conversations that help people feel supported, we’re continuing to build a workplace where looking after our people is part of how we work.

Because when our colleagues feel supported, they’re better able to do the work that makes such a difference to patients, teams and communities.

We want InHealth to be a place where people feel they belong, feel respected and able to be themselves at work.

That’s why it’s so positive to see our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion theme score increase to 81% in this year’s Staff Survey. Colleagues also told us that InHealth respects individual differences, with 81% responding positively to that question.
We’re proud of the inclusive culture our people help create every day - one built on care, respect, trust and understanding.

We know there is always more to learn and more to do, and we’ll keep using colleague feedback to keep moving forward together.

Volunteering with a wild twist! 🦁

We're proud to offer colleagues 2 fully paid volunteering days each year, giving them the opportunity to support causes they care about, give back to local communities and make a difference beyond their day-to-day roles.

Members of our Kent and Medway Diabetic Eye Screening Programme team recently spent a fantastic day volunteering at Howletts Wild Animal Park, supporting conservation and maintenance work while enjoying the opportunity to get up close to some incredible animals.

And what a fab time they had! The lemurs and Gelada baboons were certainly very appreciative of the team as they cleared weeds from their enclosures and lent a hand during the all-important feeding time! Alongside the practical work, the team also learned more about the park's impressive conservation and the value of volunteering with them.

Special thank you goes to Howletts Wild Animal Park for hosting our colleagues and providing such a truly memorable volunteering experience.

It's always so inspiring to see our teams using their volunteering leave to support such great causes and make a positive impact in the communities around them.

Your research partner. Trusted. Responsive. Supportive.

Delivering successful research takes more than a great protocol. It takes the right delivery partner.

At InHealth, we provide the infrastructure, expertise and nationwide reach to support efficient study delivery, from feasibility and study set-up through to participant scheduling, imaging delivery and study completion.

We work collaboratively with sponsors, CROs, NHS organisations and academic partners to activate studies quickly, provide scalable capacity, and deliver a consistent participant experience across multiple locations.

As the UK continues its drive to accelerate clinical research through faster study set-up and stronger partnership working, we're proud to help bring research closer to patients and support the delivery of high-quality studies at scale.

Whether you're looking for additional imaging capacity, nationwide coverage, or an experienced research delivery partner, we'd love to hear from you.

Recognition is one of the areas where we’ve seen the biggest positive shift in our 2026 Staff Survey results.

The Recognition theme improved by 6% this year, and the number of colleagues who said good and consistent performance is recognised within their team increased by 10%.

What’s really encouraging about this highlight, is that feeling seen and appreciated makes a difference because it helps people feel valued, connected and motivated – and it’s such a simple thing to do!

There’s always more we can do, but this progress shows that the focus our teams are placing on recognition is having an impact.

Your vision matters.

If you have diabetes, you will be regularly invited for diabetic eye screening.

Screening is important because when eye problems are caught early, they can be treated more effectively, before you notice changes to your sight.

Find out more at nhs.uk/des or on our website here:
https://www.inhealthgroup.com/diabetic-eye-screening

InHealth has proudly partnered with the NHS for nearly 15 years to deliver diabetic eye screening across 19 of England’s 57 programmes - supporting over 1.8 million people in protecting their sight.

Our Staff Survey 2026 shows that colleagues continue to feel supported and able to contribute at InHealth.

Some of the strongest-scoring areas were all about day-to-day experience: 94% of colleagues said they know what is expected of them at work, 90% said they have the information they need to do their job properly, and 83% said they have the opportunity to do their best every day.

For us, that really matters. Creating a great place to work is about more than big moments - it’s about making sure people have the clarity, tools, support and trust they need to thrive.

We’ll keep listening, learning and taking action so every colleague can feel confident in the role they play.
