At 15 years old I become severely unwell. Just two weeks later I was then diagnosed with a life long illness (ulcerative colitis). My journey from that day has been extremely challenging and difficult with constant pain and struggles with my mental and physical health. It has taken me six years to be confident enough to start talking about my illness and what I struggle with on a day to day basis. This page is to help people who are also suffering from any life long illness and people who are struggling with mental health problems.
